Aisi 304 Stainless Steel

AISI 304 stainless steel is one of the most common types of stainless steel used globally. This steel grade contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, which provide strong resistance to both oxidizing and reducing environments, making it ideal for numerous applications in corrosive or high-temperature environments. • Chemical composition includes: chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), manganese (Mn), silicon (Si), carbon (C), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), and some other elements. It is a perfluorinated alloy that does not rust, corrode or deform easily.
• The physical properties show excellent corrosion resistance, strength and plasticity. It has a density of 7.93 g/cm ³, a tensile strength of 520 mpa and a yield strength of 210 mpa.
• It can be used for food processing, building materials, chemicals, medical equipment and many other purposes. It has excellent high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
• With good machinability and plasticity, it can be processed into various shapes by cold rolling, cold drawing, welding and bending and other processing technologies to adapt to different uses and needs.
