Product Introduction

SS 316 stainless steel plate sheet is a type of austenitic stainless steel that contains 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, 2-3% molybdenum, and a small amount of carbon. It is known for its high resistance to corrosion, especially in saltwater and acidic environments.

SS 316 stainless steel plate sheet has a higher strength and toughness than SS 304, making it ideal for applications such as marine equipment, chemical processing, and medical devices. It is also commonly used in food and beverage processing, as it is resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.

This material is available in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses, and can be cut to custom specifications. It can be finished with a variety of surface treatments, including brushed, polished, or satin.
