Mn13 steel plate heat treatment process:

1. Preheating: the Mn13 steel plate is heated to about 500 ° C and maintained for a period of time to evenly heat and reduce internal stress.

2. Solution annealing: the preheated Mn13 steel plate is heated to 1050-1100℃, maintained for a certain time (usually 30 minutes), and then quickly cooled. This process is called solid solution annealing, which can eliminate the intergranular phase, adjust the microstructure, and improve the plasticity and toughness of the steel.

3. Rapid cooling: After solution annealing, the Mn13 steel plate needs to be cooled quickly to form a fine austenitic structure and good hardness. Water quenching, oil quenching or gas quenching can be used for rapid cooling.

4. Aging treatment: the cooled Mn13 steel plate is reheated to 250-350℃, maintained for a certain time, and then cooled. Aging treatment can refine the structure and further improve the hardness and strength of high manganese steel.
