Mn13 steel plate in various states can maintain stable austenite, and has a very low permeability, due to the cold hardening phenomenon of high manganese steel, cutting processing is more difficult, the need for high temperature annealing process, can change the particle size, shape and distribution of carbide, so as to significantly improve the cutting performance of non-magnetic steel. The use of gas nitrocarburizing heat treatment process can further improve the surface hardness of steel, increase the wear resistance, and improve the service life of the mold. Not the steel itself, but close to a magnetic object. There are two methods: one is to use steel and hard friction or wear on the cement floor for a long time.
