NM400 wear-resistant plate main performance

(1) The wear layer microstructure is typical hypereutectic new steel nm400 wear plate alloy cast iron, Cr6C3 type primary phase is fine and uniform, and the matrix is Cr6C3, austenitic, martensite eutectic structure. The hexagonal Cr6C3 phase with Vickers hardness up to HV1800 shows the best wear resistance with matrix.

(2) The hardness of the surfacing layer is HRC45-60, the thickness of the single surfacing layer is 3-10mm, the thickness of the substrate is ≥5mm, and the specification of the composite plate is ≤1*3m, 1.5*3m.

(3) The tensile and impact resistance is not lower than the performance of Q235 steel plate welded joint.

(4) Available air arc or plasma arc, laser and high pressure water cutting and drilling. Can be cold formed or rounded. The minimum curvature radius in cold rolling is 20 times the thickness of the composite plate. The workpiece to be strengthened may be connected by plug welding, face welding or bolting.

(5) The nm400 wear-resistant plate process is also suitable for surfacing other alloy systems, which can be selected according to user needs.
