NM600 steel surface quality

A, the surface of the steel plate is not allowed to have cracks, bubbles, scars, folding and inclusion and other defects. The steel plate must not be layered. If there are the above surface defects, it is allowed to clean up, and the cleaning depth shall not exceed half of the thickness tolerance of the steel plate from the actual size of the steel plate, and the minimum thickness of the steel plate shall be guaranteed. The defect cleaning place should be smooth and without edges.

B, the surface of the steel plate is allowed to have a thin layer of iron oxide, rust, surface roughness, scratches, indentation and other local defects caused by the pressed iron sheet falling off, but the depth shall not be greater than half of the thickness tolerance, and the minimum thickness of the steel plate shall be guaranteed.
