It's rolled steel. National standard ZGMn13, that is, German standard X120Mn12.
This kind of steel contains 10% to 15% manganese, and the carbon content is high, generally 0.90% to 1.50%, most of which are above 1.0%. Its chemical composition is (%) : C0.90 ~ 1.50Mn10.0 ~ 15.0Si0.30 ~ 1.0S ≤ 0.05P ≤0.10 The amount of high manganese steel is the most.
After pre-processing Mn13 rolled steel plate in the environment of no impact or small pressure, the wear resistance is much higher than imported low-alloy wear-resistant steel, of course, than domestic wear-resistant steel NM420 is also much stronger. And the cutting and welding performance is also very good.
Mn13 Features and scope of application:
High tensile strength, plasticity and toughness, and non-magnetic, even if the parts are worn to a very thin layer;
It can still withstand a large impact load without breaking, and can be used for casting a variety of impact-resistant wear parts;
Such as ball mill liner, excavator bucket teeth, crusher teeth and so on. Generally used for simple structure;
Low impact castings with wear resistance are required, such as lining plate, tooth plate, crushing wall, rolling wall, roll sleeve and shovel teeth.
