Manganese Mn13 Steel Plate
Mn13 is a high manganese wear-resistant steel, which has strong work-hardening characteristics. In the process of use, the shallow surface is prone to twin fission, phase displacement and other changes, resulting in a sharp increase in surface hardness and strength, forming a gradient wear-resistant material with wear-resistant surface and high internal toughness. The practical application results show that the steel has obvious work hardening phenomenon in the deformed layer, and the surface hardness is greatly increased. The high hardness hardened layer resists impact abrasive wear. Under the condition of strong impact abrasive wear, high manganese steel has excellent anti-wear properties, and the more impact the more wear resistance. When the steel has low impact load, the surface hardness can reach HB300-400, and when the impact load is high, the surface hardness can reach HB400-500.
