Structure High Yield Strength Nm600
NM600 wear-resistant steel plate through its higher hardness and ultra-high wear resistance can be used to achieve higher safety design indicators with thinner specifications, while effectively reducing vehicle weight, to meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.
NM600 steel plate implementation standard: According to enterprise standard Q/XGJ166-2009, the orthogonal test scheme of quenching + low temperature tempering was designed by studying the influence of tempering process parameters on the microstructure and properties of test steel, combined with the rule of austenitic grain growth and the rule of holding time at austenitizing temperature. The effects of different heat treatment parameters on the microstructure properties of the two test steels were studied. After the niobium-containing test steels were held at 900℃ for 60min, water quenched, and then tempered at 200℃ for 30min, the microstructure was lat martensite and a small amount of residual austenite. The hardness value of the structure is 592HBW, the tensile strength is 2037.8MPa, the specified plastic extension strength is 1605.8MPa, the elongation after breaking is 11.1%, and the impact work at -20℃ is 16.8J, which meets the standard requirements of NM600 low-alloy high-strength wear-resistant steel.
