NM360 NM400 NM500 steel plates
NM360 steel plate is a special plate product used under large area wear conditions. The wear-resistant layer of NM360 wear-resistant steel plate is mainly chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium and nickel are also added. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed like fibers, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. Carbide microhardness can reach more than HV1700-2000, surface hardness can reach HRC58-62. NM360 wear-resistant plate is widely used in mining machinery, coal mining machinery, environmental protection machinery, engineering machinery, etc., and is also commonly used as a high-strength structural steel with yield strength ≥850MPa.
